Neon Nights Returns!!! (Again)

Your favourite electro club night, NEON NIGHTS is finally returning after what seems like an eternity, (read 4 months). Resident DJs TEAM!NEON will be supporting Glasgow electro outfit SHITDISCO on the 24th of May. (One week after the Degree Show Party) This NN will also be doubling as a late party to celebrate the opening of fashion boutique, Peaches & SCREAM.

“Yes kids, it’s true - HEARTSREVOLUTION are releasing their Switchblade EP at midnight tonight – GMT.

There are only 500 copies of this uber exclusive ep – so warm those typing fingers up and go to the Isomorph Rcrds website at midnight as they are only available to buy there and a few handpicked boutiques in London, Japan and Paris.

Incase you have been living under a rock for the past few months HEARTSREVOLUTION are releasing their debut EP on Isomorph Records a.k.a one of our favourite ladies - Kate Moross‘ art driven record label.

The EP is very sophisticated, it comes encased in a holographic foil sleeve on heavy duty art card. Oh and if that is not causing you to foam at the mouth – there is a double strike Neon inner print and the vinyl is a gorgeous candy pink colour! The music on the vinyl is also rather tasty, it contains 5 glorious tracks celebrating the glory that is – HEARTSREVOLUTION.”

To reiterate – the record comes with insert and bonus holographic sticker. This release is limited to 500 hand numbered copies!

F**king Fitba pure ken, eh!!!

Last night I watched the Green and White Stripey Celtic Pirates play against their rival team, the Blue Glasgow Ruff Rangers, with the ‘lads.’ It was fucking shite. The Green team got two soccer-dunks which meant they beat the Protestants as they only managed to put the white sphere into the Catholics square net basket once.

I’m not all that clued up on the old ‘rules’ but i think it is customary for the loosing team’s fans to fight the winners, and smash up shop fronts.

P&S has some significance to me, and not only because one of my friends is the owner. I was given the task of branding the boutique, and so now that i have seen the final product in the flesh, I want to see it succeed, which I’m sure it will if my fellow Dundonians have even a shred of style.

 TEAM!NEON ‘Bored on a Thursday’ Mixtape

So Me, So Awesome!!!

Most people have seen the video to Justice’s ‘D.A.N.C.E’. (What is with those two and C.A.P.I.T.A.L LETTERS?)

However, most people will not be familiar with the man behind this visual delight, French artist and illustrator, So Me.

STUDIO Gallery, Toronto, is exhibiting So Me’s latest works from March 21 – May 22. His work can be seen here. 

So Me incorporates vibrant colours and tongue-in-cheek references in his work, which define his work as Art Director for Ed Banger Records.

This Saturday sees the launch of new fashion boutique, ‘Peaches & SCREAM‘. To celebrate this, they are having an invite-only launch party on Friday 11th.

Featuring performances by Grace Emilys, Wasted Little DJs and TEAM!NEON.
